Mechanical drive locking system is important part your car’s anti-theft protection. Using the lock, mounted on a brace connected to the car’s chassis, you can block the gear selector in the “P” position, making it impossible to shift any gear without the key. The lock is situated on the side of the centre tunnel, where it is easily in driver’s reach. The drive locking system can be used for all automatic transmissions in left-hand drive cars made after 45th calendar week 2009.
